Reviews of PREST LUNCH AND DINNER CRUISE

I made a reservation to have a birthday dinner at Prest Cruise and paid one (1) week in advance only for 2 days before the event a lady called Patience calls me to say that their captain was Ill and they had given him the day off so they wont be able to hold my dinner and asked that I shift the date. I told her this was not possible as I had already given out invites. She said there was nothing they could do except I shifted it. I called someone else from their team who gave another story that my date was already pre-booked. A totally different story from what patience told me. So why did they hold my money for over 4 days without mentioning that it was pre- booked. The way I see it is that they got more money from someone else and decided to throw out my small dinner. Advise to those who want to use this people, make other arrangements because they will throw your plans out if they get someone who pays more money.
