Reviews of QUO COURIER AND LOGISTICS

I am a small business owner and started using Quo logistics late last year. As with all nigerian businesses, they lure you with false hope of efficiency and deliverability and you end up disappointed.
They pick up parcels for delivery late(even if you make a request the day before, they still end up picking up by 2/3pm) claiming if you want morning delivery, you must pay 3,000 for express shipping. They do not send proper analysis of clients' monthly statements, you are left calling and calling-seeming like a pest. if they help you with a Pay on Delivery order, your money can be with them for almost 2 weeks with no single apology. I do not like Quo mostly.
The only thing i like is that they pick up from your business address as popposed to you dropping off at their offices.
They need to work on Customer service!! and hire more drivers if thats their problem. They need to upgrade themselves because i am quite irritated by them.
I am writing this so that any one who is lured by their services would know the pros and cons and not fall victim like i did.

I have used the services of Quo and honestly i was more than impresed. I live in new york and they helped me moved to my new apartment and was more than impressed the way Quo Logistics staffs were professional and carried out their jobs. the prices are affordable and they do a great work. kudos to Quo , as i will always recommend them anyday
