Am very disappointed
I was denied writing my IELT UKVI on the 13th of May, I explained to the examiner that my passport was with the American embassy which I submitted on the 9th of May but I went with my photocopy data page but I was advised to reschedule for another date. I hv mailed and called the customer care several times but no consideration. It's not fair at all. Please I want to write my exam now.
