Words cannot describe what I have to say to this useless establishment.you people have the worst customer service in Nigeria transportation system. Again, words can't express the deep hate I've developed for this establishment.

PMT is the worst transport company in Nigeria. Rude staff, poor or even non-existent customer service, highly disorganized, non challant attitude to customer's compliant and issues, charge overly high price for traveling bags and many more things wrong with them. I advise you to strongly stay away from PMT if you want your peace of mind and don't want to go insane. They are crooked and look for every opportunity to extort you. One instance from my experience is that, I paid for waybill(really high price) for my goods from Abuja (mararaba)park to Nsukka, and it turned out that my goods were not registered for waybill but instead the staff in charge(a woman) collected the money and sent the driver to bring it to nsukka. I went through hell before I could retrieve my goods because it could not be traced since it wasn't registered for waybill. I spent money, time and so on before I got my goods, and when I did, (half if not more) of my items were spoilt. I am a trader and it took my three days to get my goods. Something I waybilled officially. I made a loss on that goods cause many went bad

Peace group is the worst company in terms of waybill delivery, they collect money and keep your waybill for as long as they please. It is really bad doing waybill with you guys. Transportation is zero too but that's not my problem because I don't use your transport not for any reason.

Hello, I have been a customer since my days at UNN in the nineties, I observed lately that buses plying port Harcourt do not have AC,even when you pay for one, I believe we have gone past this stage abeg.

So one MR CJ with phone number: +234 806 690 4221 that works at the sending section has been taking parcels from people and collecting money and at the end , stops taking your calls nor delivers the items..not the only one who’s experienced this .
