Booked for a family shoot to celebrate our chidrens 10th birthday at the new Anthony branch in Lagos. Pictures nothing to write home about! No background or props options. Could have taken same in my house with a good phone. My husband was then informed that we would only be getting the soft copy and no prints, which was not mentioned before. Would definitely not be going back there, neither referring anyone!

I have taken some pictures at your studio before and while I have not been too impressed with your services, what I went through at your Flagship Branch was really disappointing. Today 1 Nov 19, I got very poor quality background on my pictures. I asked for a redo of the background and removal of shadows on some of the pictures and your staff had the temerity to tell me that the background on the picture cannot be changed. This is in a studio the size of Studio24. Really poor quality work and service. I have called your help desk to complain and hope this poor service can stop.

All the pictures I have taken over the years have been at your studio . Unfortunately the quality of the product I got today was highly disappointing and tacky at best. I asked for a profile photo for a lawyer and what I got was chaos after spending so much time in the studio. When i mentioned my disappointment i was asked if i wanted to wait for every other person on the queue then take another shot!
Unfortunately i do not see any provision for attachment for me to attach the pictures and to hear if any professionalism was present .

Whoever owns this business, it’s either the girls at the Wuse studio are incompetent or they are up to something.

My advise to you is to list all your services and their costs on some kind of a flier or have them posted on a board for all your customers to see clearly.

Otherwise your girls spend hours after the sessions are done arguing over what was said and what was not said! “Prints” turn to request for a customers flash drive so pictures can be saved there and high sounding words like high resolution are thrown about in the face of angry customers!

I stood in line for almost an hour watching this girl go back and forth with 2 customers and trying to prove to them they did not hear her right!

If you want this business to last beyond the average life span of all Nigerian businesses, help your customers know what they are paying for in a clearer manner!

Horrible photography! Their photographers are NOT trained! Horrible customer service! Takes houurrrrsss till you get your pictures and when you do the pictures are poorly edited in extremely low quality.

This company is the worst and most unreliable company to book for your wedding. I made the biggest and the most painful mistake of hiring them for their photography and videography services. Even the make up artist was a big flop, came late on the day after all the mouth he gave me that he will come very early. The photographer and videographer also came extremely late, didn't even get to capture my husband's preparation scene.....the pictures taken was absolutely poor in quality and they were not able to professionally capture important scenes creatively. The video that was the most horrific one, the camera man kept shaking, zooming uselessly, zooming into people's mouth and eyes....they couldn't even make the video flow...it kept cutting into scenes abruptly...it was a shameful video, I couldn't even show my friends and family that video....especially after having a very beautiful and flamboyant wedding and I only had that crap to show for it. It took us months to get our album and we had to send them to do it again for silly errors (putting pictures of people's faces cut off and many more) my husband had to threaten them for them to even get something appropriate done, they can't take proper responsibility for their poor service and couldn't come up with an effective compensation plan to compensate us instead they kept making empty promises that at a point we had enough.

FOR A COMPANY UNDER KODAK (one of the biggest media company) IT IS THE MOST DISGRACEFUL AND UNRELIABLE MEDIA ORGANISATION EVER CREATED. WITH A POOR MANAGEMENT TO MATCH. They might be good for passport photographs or casual photo shoot BUT FOR WEDDING SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DISGRACE AND FIND A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY FOR YOUR SPECIAL DAY. DONT RUIN YOUR DAY BY HIRING STUDIO 24, ITS THE WORST DECISION I EVER MADE
