No direction from the photographer so you end up with a few good pictures to select from. Poor customer service! Long wait for photos to be received even after payment has been made. Even when the customer requires the untouched photos due to time constraint, you still refuse to release them hence the purpose for the photos is defeated... the staff are so dismissive and rude.... not a good experience and won't be teturning

My family and I were there for visa passport photos, after waiting for long we were promised it will be sent via email shortly afterwards. This is day 2, no emails from studio 24, I am working with a deadline, and the phone number I collected to follow up has been switched off.



This is the 2nd unpleasant experience I have had with Studio 24.

I earlier sent in a complaint about how you guys disappointed with the time of receipt of my baby's pictures. I got a call after midnight from the Kubwa outlet and the pictures have been received. Thanks for your prompt response.

I was at your studio in Kubwa this morning to take photo shoots for my baby's first birthday. After paying your outrageous fees, I was told that I will get the soft copy sent to my email address by 8pm which was the first act of wickedness. I called the outlet by past 8 to remind them of their earlier promise of 8pm and the receiver named Solomon promised to send the pictures before close of work of which of course he failed to which is the second act of wickedness. I have been calling your outlet since with no response. I have munched the feedback on this page as it's a proof of the company's gross incompetence of satisfying customer need and lack of zeal to add value for money paid. The purpose of the photo shoot has been defeated and I'll want a refund of my money tomorrow morning. I don't want us dragging ourselves around social media ooo.

I never expected to be scammed by you. Since 24th of November I took fotos of my son with u and uphill now, I didnt get fotos, no refund, no feedback even after I called u severally. To make matters worse, u guys have blocked my number???

Let this serve as a warning. If I don't hear from you within the next 24 hours I will be taking legal action against u

Did a photo shoot since 5pm yesterday and more than 12hours after I haven't gotten the pictures. I was told it will be sent 1hour after the session. This is very bad, after paying exorbitantly, since Studio 24 charge higher than all studios in my location.

This is wrong. Its my 45th brithday, I paid in full for my soft copies since 11 am october 24th, I had to keep calling and they studio closed without sending the pictures. too bad you guys cant' steal my joy

Went for a birthday shoot at your studio. The pictures came out really nice, friendly photographers and good customer service too....... Would definately be there again????

We had my brothers graduation shoot at your G.R.A. studio yesterday. Our experience was amazing. Front desk was very courteous and took her time to explain all the options. The photographer was also very kind and patient and the pictures turned out great. Overall, our experience was A1!

the amazing ambiance exceeded my expectations and the quality of pictures i got afterwards got my whole heart for the whole company, i think studio 24 is one of the best "if not the top best place to take best quality and memorable moment pictures. many thanks guys
