Good Ambience, Great add on Services. I spent 28 days, which was watered down with Horrible service from members of staff. From the security at the car lot, to the receptionists. They do not follow through, rude and very unprofessional and full of sorries, that they do not mean. If you complain about issues, get ready to never get it resolved until you complain to the managers who at least seem interested to resolve. High dichotomy between the responses given to issues raised and actions to resolve; the latter results in utter in action. If not that I paid for my total stay, i would have relocated to another hotel. Definitely not staying there anytime i am in the country.
