Can I report a case of a Landlord who collected a rent of #450,000 and promised to fix everything that is spoilt in the apartment but refused to fix them even after sending pictures of the damages and the current state of the house like faeces entering the house through the bathroom holes including dirty water all returning back inside the house through the bathrooms hole making the entire house to smell.I feel oppressed that's why I want to report this matter is the Ministry Of Environment the right place for me?
