PRIMARY SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE
I wrote my primary school basic 6 examination since 1998 at Ogedengbe primary school A, warri and I was told that the result was seized, hence I won't be able to collect my primary school leaving certificate.
Please Iwill like to know more and why it wasn'trelease up until now.
