 Carrying out routine preventive maintenance once per quarter or at any other agreed interval to keep the equipment in good operating condition
 Provision of comprehensive maintenance where necessary to restore equipment to good operating condition
 Effecting of standard modifications or field upgrades as specified or recommended by manufacturers
 Advice on environmental and PC usage where it directly impacts on equipment availability

 PC networking services (LAN) – installation
