Extremely poor service
I am rating you 1 star because there is no 0.
With the situation of the country, you stupid bus loaded us from Kano since yesterday evening and we haven't gotten to Lagos even till now. The bus got spoilt on the road 3 times, as I drop this, it has spoilt again. God cannot and never bless ezenwata with this ooo. Am not surprised anyways, if you can make your own staffs suffer by not giving them the required bills to travel the road, what won't you do to we passengers
IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING TO ANYWHERE AND YOU SEE GOD BLESS EZENWATA, PLEASE RUN OOOOOOOO..... THEY ARE THE MOST USELESS THING IN NIGERIA. NO AC, ORDINARY CHARGING PORTS SEF ARE NOT WORKING.. AND WE PAID 17,000 FROM KANO TO LAGOS. You loaded passenger of almost a million naira and we suffered gas outage on the road, it shall not be well with you was whatever. All my friends that used other transport company have gotten home since morning.

WORST TRANSPORTATION/LOGISTICS COMPANY EVER
I paid N10,000 to one Mr Timothy Darlington to have my goods sent to 4 different states,Kaduna, Katsina,Abuja and Akwa Ibom. It took them more than 2 weeks to deliver 3 of my goods. And the last one they said one story or the other. And they stopped taking my calls. I will do anything possible to get my goods from your company. This is the worst delivery I've ever seen.

Some thing happened to me,I gave a biker my goods to take to Ezenwata park in Lagos, when I got there they called me and told me my goods came in,I said okey nd they told me is 7000 and ended up at 5000..Chinelo asked me to transfer for them and I told her not to worry that I am coming to give them cash,I then asked her when the bus will be leaving she said 8pm,I got there by to 7pm,immediately I got to the park,I handed over the 5000 to her, When I got to the park,it was just one of my cartons that was in the bus,the other was still outside,I pointed at the both cartons for her,she asked if I am going with the bus I said yes,she asked me to go get my ticket..which I did nd went nd sat down..they finished loading at about to 10pm..we enter the bus and headed to ph,only for me to get to the park in port Harcourt, I couldn't find my goods..I saw only one,the same one I saw that was already in the bus when I got to the park..and shes saying she can't do anything since I left with my goods..If chinelo does not provide my goods Ezenwata will hear from me soon..but port Harcourt and Lagos..

Carelessness
Imagine running out of gas at night in dinner after overloading corps members from Kebbi to Onitsha.
I have never met this carelessness in my life before until today.

MOST HORRIBLE TRANSPORT SERVICE!!!!!!
Paid 25,000 naira to transport 10 cartoons of goods to port Harcourt through a staff called Mr Ugo phone number ********. After explaining how urgent the goods were needed in port Harcourt and he assured me it will ne delivered the next morning, 3 days after, goods didn't get to destination and he kept lieing and stop picking my calls, i meet other people at the park who came to complain about the same person.
This is the most horrible transport service I have ever seen in my life.
It's either you sack Ugo or re structure your company.

Poor logistics service
After paying for delivery fee from Lagos to Port- Harcourt.I got a call from ********(Stanley/Samuel) to come pick up my goods and still pay for store charges in pH.
After paying delivery fee, I will still come and pay for store fee. Who does that?? You guys need to step up.

Poor service
Poor review ,service was poor even left my goods there because i have to settle someone to carry the load to my car and I had no money on me what rubbish ,my load has been paid for what else again,ur staff were all watching such arrogant people,pls move with times
