If I could rate this courier company zero stars, I would! They are extremely unprofessional. The ladies in the customer care department are so rude. Its almost impossible to reach them and when you do, they rudely ask you to hold for a colleague who'll handle your issue, then they literally place the phone on the desk or wherever and from arguing about not being in the mood to talk to a customer, they get to having mundane conversation with themselves. The sad part is that you can hear all the stupid stuff these classless girls are saying for the next 2-3 minutes till, incredulous, you cant take it anymore and hang up. Just in case you feel it might all be some kind of misunderstanding (you know, maybe they just forgot they've kept a client waiting) and call back immediately, they completely ignore the calls. It's bad enough they charge exorbitantly for their services, but to be this unprofessional is inexcusable. What a trashy company.

Poor staff! very rude..all about the money yet no quality for service.I call the customer service number and nobody picks for the first three dials. Later on when a guy finally picks, he just keeps talking and I am wondering if he is talking to me or someone else. This is to ASOS, please look for an alternative or very soon, you will lose your Nigerian customers which I believe are the 20% you need to keep you in business!
