ABC TRANSPORT

The worst of transport companies ever. The other time my items were dropped in Portharcout instead Uyo. The driver claimed they did not give him sufficient fuel to come to Uyo. The products got to us a month plus later. Today again, I came over to collect another item waybilled to me from Lagos. I presented my ID and the waybill number, but they guy insisted that my company name written after my name makes me invalid to collect the items. I showed them my company ID along with my Driver's license coupled with several calls to the Manager by Ken the tracking guy. They delayed me for more than one hour before the finally accepted to give the product. All parameters were satisfied---2IDs,my phone number and a call from their colleague from the despatch point. While I was there that same head of cargo released parcels to a woman who had no ID. This guys will ruin your business.
Very poor services.2 very negative experiences. I will never use your company again and I will ensure no one I know does.
