Please I have been having problem with cable since on Sunday 3-8-2019 with network and now the network is back no access,by subscription it supposed to expire on the 13th of this month.please my major challenge is network I need a proper solution

No channel in my CTL, showing startimes channels and no access (5). My subscription has not expired yet. I subscribed on the 7th of June 2018. ********-7.
