TOTAL HEALTH TRUST - Lagos

I had have to wait in the clinic for 4 hours to get approval. This is bad as this is the second time I am having this issue. Meanwhile this is my first time with THT. Just to let you know am feeling bad and not a way to do business

How can one be trying to get across to THT and all lines not connecting. The only line ringing was not picked. Yes its stated that they operate btw 8am to 5pm but do people have to tell sickness to pause until THT gives approval before they can be treated.
No 24 hrs Customer service agent to speak with, Hospital demands to speak with HMO before any treatment is made and No representative to speak with because it is outside their working hours.
Please let us learn to value lives.

Poor record update on the part of the HMO!!My dependant ( a senior citizen)-was not provided service on 27/05/2921 at her regular check up and had to pay for her drugs out of pocket . She was again delayed unduly today because she was told that her cover had expired which is totally untrue. This is middle of the year and her cover has been renewed since January 2021.She waited over 3 hours for authorization after it was confirmed that it was an error on their part. It’s not fair on your clients!!!

I was using it B4 in my formal office and am no more there and I still want to be using it how can I go abt it pls
