Blue Ridge microfinance bank is fraudulent.
Why should a so called microfinance bank involved itself in defrauding people. I wonder what kind people have registered this business and opened account with zenith bank. Many people have terrible experience of their money being taken from their bank account by okash an arm of Blue Ridge microfinance including my self. God will expose those operating this okash and will go to jail one-day.

Wrongfully debited
I was wrongfully debited by Okash through blue ridge microfinance
since last year October and I have been calling, texting and emailing.
but no positive response

COMPLAIN OF TRANSACTION
Pls I made a transaction of ******** to okash on the 22 of December and okash said they didn't see any money, then I also made the complain to zenith bank and zenith bank told me the transaction was successful to ur account. Pls check and credit okash cos u know the money is on interest, they av been adding 400 everyday to it, pls confirm the payment.

Deducted my money without having outstanding to pay
You guys are a bunch of fools and thief,after being a good client that pays up your money on time and you still went ahead to debit my account of #2,940 I messaged no reply I can see that you have doing it since not me alone but don't worry what will take the money from you guys will take it because is our sweat,as we are moving into a new year may u not know peace including your family to your generation because you are causing us pains and the God of thunder will judge you guys one by one.idiot.am off your stupid loan without benefits

Fraudulent Transaction on my Account.
This company is extremely fraudulent with poor customer service. Before repayment, several of their staff will keep calling your line but when there are issues to settle with them, they will not pick your calls or return messages though it was the same route they opened with you when you have their money with you. I am waiting for you, we will drag OURSELF to credit bureau very soon. Stupid people.

THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS
I AM STILL FACING THE SAME CHALLENGE.
BEFORE THE LOAN REPAYMENT THEY WERE ALL OVER ME. ONCE I PAID THEY STOPPED HARASSING ME BUT WOULD NOT STILL CLEAR THE LOAN ON THE OKASH APP. THIEVES THATS WHAT THEY ARE !!

Deduction of extra money after paying my initial loan
I collected a loan from okash and I paid back today which is ********. I paid through the account number provided and sent proves to them. A customer service agent called me and confirmed it but to my surprise I received another debit alert of the same amount. I have called, texted and nothing has been done. Going by all I have read here it means they are doing it on purpose and they are scammers.

You guys are bunch of organized criminals, your excessive charges on loan is alarming. You debited me without without applying for another loan with your company and Okash... I swear to God na thunder go fire all of una. Oleeeeee. Blue Ridge u people are thieves and u will rot in hell. Stop taking money from account, you people are looking for hell and u will die b4 this year runs out.

Why will you steal money from my bank account
I have my account details with you guys, and d day to pay back my loan is still remains 5days. And you people have been withdrawn my money without my consent, uoto four times now, you 2k, 1900, 900 naira and lastly 4k.
Pls return my money. 0kach has become a fraud organization.
I spend more than 20mins on call to reach you guys, but no one pick it up.
All my message on WhatsApp has no reply.

My wife applied and got a loan from Okash on 10,000 which dues 30th March. On the 31st of April I was contact because my phone number was used during the registration.

Several calls came in many threate and insults.

I quickly make an advance payment of 10,000 31st March on her behalf using USSD transfer from my account.

I sent screenshot to your representative who chatted me on WhatsApp so that my loan amount will be reduced to 2,750. Nothing was done instead your representative asked me to make the balance of the payment which I was not having then because I had not recieved my salary.

Several calls came in with threat and warning to report me to CBN and flare her bvn.

Meanwhile the loan amount kept increasing daily with 200.

On 16th your company auto debit my wife's account with 5,000

I sincerely dont understand what is going on which means 15,000 has been collected by your company. Yet the app is still showing same amount borrowed.

See attached the transfer I did on her behalf and her auto debited SMS alert.

You people are fraudulent, you made deductions from my account without taking a loan from you ,just because I send you my card details ,expect a letter from my lawyer.

Fraudulent company
Wow, I am actually not as angry as I was now that I realize it's not just me that they treated badly, they make false promises to you and then block your number so you are unable to complain. Terrible customer service too, I curse the day I chose to lend from them. Huge lessons in learned.
