Truly You lend people money according to what u guys have said (money to be disbursed to your account in some minutes) but still You people are not doing well at all, i made a loan of 4000 and you deducted money from my account which has not even gotten to the due date without my permission remember u said no trespassing into our account/privacy but no u went into the account start deducting money anyhow ,but I want you to know that its not done that way ,deducting money from accounts anyhow ,its a very BAD App

Please I want to know what deduction you made from my November salary reflecting in my payslip when I never have any business or transaction with your company. I will advice you to refund my money before I take you up in a legal way. see people's comment on your company you are not worthy to be among the microfinance bank.

How can you call someone, and because the person didn't pick at the time you simple assume otherwise. Eventually your collector calls and the next thing she starts ranting like a market woman all in the name of collection of loan. It's better to have a normal discussion with a customer than being utterly rude on a first conversation. I must say that your collectors are rather disgusting to say the list.

My November payslip indicate that your Company (blue ridge MFB) deducted a sum of ******** and I don't know the reason for the deduction. I called your number and I've sent an email but not respond from you guys.... I need an explanation for the deduction..

I am writing with regards to a deduction that was made on my salary for the month of November, 2021 of 20,000.00. (Twenty Thousand Naira)

I work at the National Orthopaedic Hospital Dala, Kano with IPPIS No: ******** and I do not remember approaching your organization for a loan. I do hope a rectification would be done regarding this matter.

So I took easimoni loan in September and have the repayment sent to my opay wallet before the due date so I can pay via wallet,they blocked the wallet and started calling to pay,they said I will pay first before the wallet would be unblocked, I paid directly to their account(blueridge) after then they didn't unblock the wallet,fastforward to November I took okash loan of 48k and they disbursed it into the wallet instead of my bank account and I couldn't withdraw from the wallet, I called and sent various mails at a time they asked me to upgrade to kyc3 which I did still theybdid nothin, the loam is now due and they called me and I explained the wallet been blocked ,they said they would work on it,They stopped calling and will now send WhatsApp messages every morning with different numbers...like these people are legit crazy...

This guys are the biggest scam allow to operate currently as fraudsters,A lot of people all over the country, you can see evidence from Nairaland are all making same complain against Blue Rigde Microfinance Ltd in charge of O-kash of this same fraud of payment that BLUE RIDGE MICROFINANCE BANK LIMITED don't clear their loans rather they allow the loan to accrued more interest and later Deduct the amount you pay leaving you to still owe the bank

I mistakenly borrowed money from okash when i was about to payback the money offline the app direct me to blue ridge microfinance but after the transaction my loan was still there and i didnt see my money.
I called the costumercare, no respond, i send message to them but no reply have sent the proof but nothing came up please give me back my money if you know you can't clear my loan.

My rating is zero. Rude staff. Calling for refund of loans on a Sunday, loan is not even due and you start to disturb. Worst, your staff told me to delete the app if I don't want to be harassed on Sundays. I have deleted your app. Thx

I made a repayment of N28,841 via the app for my loan repayment on 15th June, 2021 but it unfortunately failed so I did a bank transfer same day and took another loan some days later. Unknown to me, the failed app payment actually impacted and my bank account was debited. I took this up with my bank and they confirmed, after days of investigation, that the app payment was actually successful. So I took this up with the okash agent who promised me that a reversal will be done in 3 days but rather than get a reversal I keep getting irritating calls and chats from different agents on a daily basis asking me to pay my loan when in actual fact I still have funds with them which they are yet to acknowledge. The organization is so unstructured as I have to send proof of payment for both the bank transfer and the app repayment repayment to 4 different agents, each with a promise to sort it out but never really doing anything nor documented it. The painful part is that my loan balance keeps growing and their 'uncultured and saucy agents' keep disturbing me. This fraud has to stop.

my account was debit after i paid my loan. every effort ton reach the agent they refuse to response, their agent were refusing to pick call for any assistance of refunding my money. pay back my money. i try to bid for another loan to recovered my money they refused to approved for me. this is act of stilling by trick.

I paid up my loan of ******** in two instalment of 5000 and ******** from my first bank account and up to this moment my account on app is not cleared. I provided a screen shoots as evidence with my registered phone number of ********. I sow several attempts to withdrew from my account. So pls kindly cleared my account

OKASH HAS DEFRAUDED ME THE SUM OF #20,912 ALL EFFORTS TO MAKE THEM REFUND THE MONEY PROVED ABORTIVE. I THINK THE NEXT STEP IS TO REPORT TO THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES.
