The course will provide generally acceptable business policies and practices regarding potentially controversial issues such as corporate governance, bribery, insider trading, discrimination, corporate social responsibility and fiduciary responsibility. Essentially, the course will train staff in the imperatives of professionalism, work ethics and courtesy.
