It includes methods for controlling potential safety, health and environmental hazards arising from the transport, storage, handling and disposal of hazardous chemicals, chemical hazard legislation and regulation, and worker roles and responsibilities. : Learning Objectives At the end of the training Program, the Participants should be able to: *Recognize common Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) symbols used in chemical labeling. *Define the terms flash point, pyrophoric, volatility, flammable and combustible used in Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). *Describe the purpose of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). Demonstrate the use of an MSDS to determine hazards, labeling and PPE requirements of commonchemicals used in the workplace.
