Our Client; a health tech company that powers hospitals and care centers to deliver quality healthcare to patients in emerging markets. They are currently looking to hire an experienced Impact and Partnerships Manager in Lagos, Nigeria.

Function Of the Role
As the Impact and Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's general Impact Programs and establish/manage key partnerships on behalf of the business.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement impactful programs that align with the company's mission and contribute to positive social outcomes.
• Identify, establish, and manage key partnerships with organizations, institutions, and stakeholders to enhance the company's reach and impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate impact initiatives seamlessly into the overall business strategy.
• Assess and report on the effectiveness of impact programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including NGOs, government bodies, and community organizations, to strengthen the company's Group presence and influence in the healthcare ecosystem.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Public Health, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a role related to impact programs and partnerships.
• Previous experience in a leadership position is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in impact program management and partnership development.
• Strong understanding of social impact metrics and assessment methodologies.
