Admin: keeping records of all the money that comes into the company and record of ticket booked or reserved, visas granted and clients passport renewal or possession of a new passport. Sending of mails and text messages to clients travelling at a particular time to remind them of their flight time.
Manager: Over seeing, taking reports and checking what happens in other departments like operation, marketing department and social media department.
