Am Mrs Hassan from NTA i was with a friend on 17-03-2020 at kings care hospital wuse,the lady at the pharmacy gave her an expired boken TRIAXIN sterile with fungi all over the cartoon,the nurse who noticed it asked her to return. The so called HOD was so blunt and very rude saying why was she angry for that, she has to mind her choice of words instead i apologising and doing her work properly. I give the HOD 2days to apologize or else consumer protection board will be informed and NTA.all photos are intact. ********

Lack of good customer service

Being rude is now the order of the day in such a big hospital. The nurse that attended to me this afternoon wearing theatre cloth in the injection room was so rude and couldn't be bothered as though they are doing you a favour when in the real sense of it it's the other way round. Your customer service urgently needs to be looked in to.
