your customer service officer are so rude e.g ogechi ,was talk as if am a nobody to her and the other fat one too is also rude .is it that you are base on employing rude people only?any time i get sick and i think of those people i get sick the more .please do something

I was scheduled for a surgery but on the day of the surgery we came around 2pm because the surgery was in the evening 7pm. But when we came we were instructed by someone at the reception wearing uniform to come back later around 6pm in the evening,that we were too early.our file was out so we even took the file with us and when we where about to enter the car he still followed us and told us that he hoped I have not eaten anything,we(my husband and I) told him no.so we came back around to seven and that was when the commotion started. We were told that the surgeon has already came and left.Because we were not around we explained to them what we were told but they did not believe us,the doctor on duty found later that person and he was saying he did a mistake but still to the rest of our stay in the hospital no one believed us.i was told that they will admit me at the hospital so that the surgery will be done the next day.so they gave me a room and I was told that I can eat food so we told them that we are going to go out and eat.i was also instructed not to eat anything again from 11pm so that was what i did and they said that the surgery will be around 11am the next morning.so that what was we hoped for but I waited! Waited.so in the evening we decided to ask them what was happening and they were telling us the doctor will come.so you know the saying a hungry man is an angry man when I got angry I removed the drip that was on me and started parking my things so one of the nurse still came I said he was coming I started telling her that I was tired because I was with my baby and breastfeeding but instead of her to even comfort me as a trained health worker but she showed not a single slight of remorse she just banged the door and left.we met one of the doctor on duty and he too was on thesame story that we did not come on time for the surgery we told him the same story.so you will notice in this situation that they were just punishing us as if it is a school not a hospital.so he called the doctor and explained to him but the doctor was angry still with us telling thesame story. I don't know but I've never seen a doctor that can not control his anger towards his patient.he told the doctor that he cannot do the surgery that he was too tired.we were very angry at that time with my husband but that doctor give us his word of confidence. So we agreed and went back.The next day we waited to for the whole day and finally around 6.30pm the anaesthetic came to take me she met me I was about to change diaper for my baby she said no problem.i finished and prayed then a nurse came to do all the final check up.so but I think still the anaesthetic was thinking otherwise because she to was on that story because she said that she too came on the day of the surgery that we were not around so her thinking was this people are not serious that she came to take me but it took me time. But like I said I was even attended by a nurse.i forget we met someone I think is the supervisor of the hospital he too was on that thesame story but he assured us the doctor will come.we were told after the rain,that he will come.in the theatre the surgeon came he told thesame story and that supervisor came and he was like mocking us saying we were arguing.when we met him he said we did not come for surgery and we told him what happened he showed that he believed us but is was otherway round. And as if it was not a theatre everyone was coming and going the way they like in the theatre which I've never seen. But thank god the surgery was successful. But we are really hurt because no one believed us.even that nurse I think told her other colleagues that I talked to her,so when they come they were kind of cold,even when she comes for round she will just stay behind the door,even one time when my drip finished my sister went to call the nurse but she dint come so it was that nurse that we had issue with came and was saying why dint the nurse that my sister went I told dint come.I think no one want to believe our story because we are Muslims. They should have called and punish that person that told us to go not us. But all was on us!!!

Am Mrs Hassan from NTA i was with a friend on 17-03-2020 at kings care hospital wuse,the lady at the pharmacy gave her an expired boken TRIAXIN sterile with fungi all over the cartoon,the nurse who noticed it asked her to return. The so called HOD was so blunt and very rude saying why was she angry for that, she has to mind her choice of words instead i apologising and doing her work properly. I give the HOD 2days to apologize or else consumer protection board will be informed and NTA.all photos are intact. ********

Please can i bring my daughter for medical test for ukrain embassy student visa tomrrow being saturday? If yes what time?

I was at the Hospital at about 10pm yesterday 23rd September, 2017. and the guy on duty bluntly told me that i must call my service provider (HMO) or else they will not attend to me that he can not use the Hospital line to make calls for me and truly i was not having call credit in my phone and i have to walk away with my illness. This is the third time such thing is happening to me in this same Kings Care Hospital Zone 4. My question is this, is this the normal practice or the Hospital management have no official line for such issues? or the guys on duty choose to be wicked to their customers?

Pls do u have PET scan in your hospital,can I get your customer care no.Thanks.
