I bought 2pieces of 600GB SAS 10k drives for DL380 Gen7 from your partner in Lagos Nigeria (INTERGRITY SOLUTIONS PRIMUS LINK LTD) on the 19th and 20th of March.
The hard drives were sold to me as new hard drives but when it was unpacked, it was found to be used hard drives.
I returned the hard drives and requested for refund. He received the returned hard drive but has not sent refund even after 1week.
I am very hurt and disappointed about this.
