Review I would not recommend -they have spoilt some of my clothes

Whilst I initially liked the service at Snowflakes, they keep spoiling mine and my husband's clothes. First, they burnt my dress (and suggested to cut off the bit that was affected). Second, they lost some of my clothes and finally, they've spoilt y husband's shirt. What is perhaps more annoying is the attitude of the people. They go round in circles instead of solving the issue - I guess they do not want to pay clients when they mess up.
I would not recommend!
