Review of IDEAL TRAVEL AGENCY LTD

Requested for a Business Class Ticket via E-Mail but no answer!
Than requested for a ticket via SMS. No answer again!
Than i called the phone number. Only what i heared is a stupid excuse
without any sense! Plenty Problems for nothing :-(

Next time i book it myself direct at the Airline but this Agency will never
get any money or business from me.

Sevice absolutely unacceptable, never again and no recommendation
