Question for WINES & SPIRITS

Good day.please I'm a project student of Uniport. I'm working on orange vinegar but I'm having issues isolating my Acetobacter Aceti.I have gotten my saccharomyces cereviseae. Please is it possible to use a commercial available Acetobacter aceti or must it be isolated? Please help me out because I have been on trial since 2month plus no success and I had to write to your company. I would be glad if I'm given a prompt response.
