Question for Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC)

Ikebiri community in Bayelsa state says it has through their king instituted a law suit against NAOC in Italy over an oil spill caused by equipment failure from your facility in April 2010. How would you react to this case? Why is it that for 7 years, Agip oil has neither cleaned up the impacted areas nor pay compensation to the people whose main sources of livelihood were destroyed by the spill.
