Hot do I correct my T.V. apps that keeps stopping? the T.V. booths very well but it will report that settings keeps stopping.

I'm experiencing the same thing...I got a 55inch Royal Smart Tv and no app works...playstore won't open...I can't even download Netflix or anything....it doesn't even play any form of video...total crap.
