I came to Abuja for work as an ECOWAS employee since April of this year. I have Two Children, one that is 12 years old and one that is 6 years old. They came here last weekend to joint me. I want them to continue theirs studies, but they are not english speakers, they speak portuguese. I do not know what to do. I am asking for your helpful information.
