Reviews of Office Land - Lagos

Having bought a UPS one day, they refused to change it the next day even though it was faulty and I had the receipt. They claim it is under International Retail Law that you must return the carton as well or your rights are invalid !!! They couldn't tell me what part of the international retail law that was captured under. Then they said it is on their website and you should check.....even though you are shopping in the store where no such signs are displayed. Totally poor experience all round. Shops like this should be boycotted until they offer better customer service where they treat the customers fairly and are not looking to exploit people just for the money.
