Liberty Assured evolved in 2018 before getting incorporated in 2019 with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) having secured a license to operate as a lending company and commenced full-fledged operations in October 2019. Setting out in 2018, we had envisioned building an institution that would evolve into a one-stop-place for Small and Medium businesses seeking financing.
In early 2020, we had developed and grown from the traditional credit underwriting to digital credit underwriting which we considered more appropriate and timely with a robust faster credit decision for our large teeming clients. This was just before the advent of Covid-19 outbreak in Nigeria. This approach gave us a grasp and easy entry in to the public sector lending scape in addition to the other sectors we play

in to ensure that we serve our customers at every point. Because we see our customers as our partners, we have designed our operations to guarantee they are covered at every step of the way by advising, proffering business solutions and enhancement procedures which helps drive business growth.
We have grown in leaps and bounds within the last three years with an increase in our portfolio, staff strength and partnership across board. We ensured that our newly digital lending service provides quick and instant solutions to the financially excluded and the unbanked.
Our continuous customer satisfaction coupled with operational structure has enabled us to achieve significant successes and has earned us recognition from the public space where other bigger and notable lending companies exist. Some of these recognition include the Marketing Edge Magazine’s “Digital Lending Company of the Year 2021”; Global Excellence Award of Recognition as the “Innovative Digital Lending Company of the Year 2021 and the “Best Digital Lending Company of the Year 2021” given by Business Day during the Banks and Other Financial Institutions Award ceremony.
