LEKOIL - Victoria Island

Lekoil is an internationally-recognized oil and gas exploration and production company with a focus on Africa. Established in 2010 by an experienced team of fund managers, investment bankers, and industry professionals, the company successfully listed on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market in May 2013 with an initial US$50 million funding. Subsequent exploration at the Ogo-1 well and sidetrack revealed potential net recoverable resources of 232 mmboe (P50) and 354 mmboe (P10) for Lekoil Nigeria, with even more potential in the synrift play. Following their IPO, Lekoil raised an additional US$120 million to finance the drilling, completion, and testing of the Ogo-1 well and sidetrack.
