PLEASE IS A UNIVERSITY RIGHT TO DEMAND FOR ANOTHER (FULL) PAYMENT OF TUITION FEE WHEN A POST GRADUATE STUDENT HAS FINISHED HIS/HER COURSE WORK AND WHAT IS KEEPING HIM/HER IS THE FINAL DISSERTATION DEFENSE AND WHICH FOR NO FAULT OF THEIRS HAS LINGERED.

KINDLY REPLY AS WE ARE IN RECESSIVE ECONOMY AND MANY SPONSORS DO NOT HAVE SUCH MONEY TO GIVE OUT
