Poor Covid 19 adherence in Bauchi branch and poor customer care relationship
I am an old customer who went to Lodge a complain over an ATM withdrawal transaction of which I didn't receive the money and it still hasn't reversed and it's a week now. Some people who had friends that work in the bank were let in and those without friends were sent back. Covid is not respecter of anyone including the bankers who attend to us, because they also do not use masks. All customers are important and should not be treated with discrimination. Someone asked me to shut up because he thought I was a woman and didn't have a right to ask questions of discrimination. I was going to sue for gender discrimination and send a report to NDDC for breaking COVID protocol but I decided to drop this here first.
