I am highly disappointed at what you guys did today. Just imagine I got to the park by 1:36pm Jan 3, 2022. We where told that no bus because of the traffic. I further asked the manager at Igun motor park if there where alternative he responded positively. He told many to enter Siena bus. Because I love the company I entered by paying 6k as against 5k, still no complain. Sir/ma'am before we left the driver complained about the motor. Immediately we passed sapele(Delta State) the motor spoiled. After much complains from passenger after spending close to 2hrs. The driver made us to enter another private car that we talk us to Delta state where we will enter to Port Harcourt. He gave us 2,500 but unfortunately we enter for 3k.
In summary is that the approach from the manager at Igun park and the driver today was very very unacceptable.I am still at delta state as at 623pm me that left Benin by 2:28pm.

I did a waybill from warri to Benin today being Tuesday nd I was charged 1000 for the waybill which I paid sir or ma can U imagine the driver kept the receiver of the waybill the package claiming I didn’t pay him the money for the waybill I called severally only for the driver to give the phone to his children wasting my time and my airtime I really hope u look into this issue immediately cause these are the people spoiling buiness and trades for we marketers this is the drivers phone number 0905 357 3236 thanks
