Oceanic Bakery Wuse .Abuja has d worst customer service on planet earth..But d customer service really isn't my problem but d quality of cakes they sell to customers..I ordered for a chocolate cake from the bakery just days ago for my birthday..imagine my surprise when I started cutting d cake halfway through the party and discovered it was just a normal plain cake...that wasn't the end, but d cake had obviously exceeded its shelf life so much so that it was so hard and it ran through your fingers like grains of sand.All guests left d cake untouched.I went back to d bakery d next day to return d remains of the cake,no apology was tendered,instead my friends and I were being mocked and d manager ordered a worker to give us a loaf of bread and she slammed it hard on the table before us almost hitting my friend that sat across on the face by this action..Pls don't go there! Everything about the place is BAD News!!

I had a sad experience concerning their customer service too at their Mararaba(Karu LGA, Nasarawa state)branch sometime last year. It was like they were doing me a favour for attending to me. Very,very poor service. Sad!

Their maraba branch after heart plaza is the worst place to shop.. I wonder how a big supermarket will lack receipt of payment. Their staffs there are scammers. The price list you see on the counter is different from the amount the cashier extort from you, d day you meet a different cashier on seat, the prices becomes different.
