Reviews of HPZ (Haier Thermocool) - Lagos

I bought a freezer 259L Dec 24 2020 ever since the third day of purchase I noticed the freezer is not freezing,have been complaining but nothing as been done,they keep promising to come check it but have seen nobody, I know they are waiting for the warranty to be over.this is nothing but SCAM

I bought a large amount of air conditioning systems, and on the air conditioner was not functioning after installation. PZ Installed the Aircon and negligently damaged the unit.

They will not repair or send someone to come fix it. The engineers are very unprofessional, they cancelled several appointments without any notification wasting our time and money. We are still left with their faulty systems after spending all that money.

I purchase washing machine in Feb' 21and within 3 month it started malfunctioning.
Their sales showroom is not entertaining telling to call customer care.
They have given me no of customer care ******** and call is not going.

The 319littres deep freezer i bought on 22 of april 2021 cannot froze,i returned it to the seller and they worked on it, only for me to on it yesterday and discovered that it take all day to froze and it cannot retain the ice, everything start melting immediately current goes off. What do i do now?

Haier Thermocool product is a HUGE SCAM!

I purchased a Deep Freezer that stopped working exactly on the 3rd Month. to date same Freezer has been picked up 3 times by their untrained staff,

Infact same freezer was returned back to me 5th of June 2020, and got spoilt again in less than 5days after stocking food items.

To pick it up the 4th time they have been tossing me around, rude Driver, poor service delivery, giving excuses they dont have available vehicle to pick up.

A new Freezer now turned to scrap, with dent, yellow colour stain and rusty paint pill. this is disheartnening.

What a waste. I absolutely regret patronizing such incompetent brand, if i had read these reviews i wouldnt have ventured.

We bought a fridge freezer on the 17th of march in thermocool branch elesekan ibeju lekki, only to plug it for for days with constant light, boom NEPA took the light and it started defrosting immediately, the worse part is the fridge not cooling at all, this is really devastating, we came back for tell them what's going on, with thier bad manner of approach saying there's nothing they can do about it.....you guys need to do better, a new fridge oo????????????????????????????

I bought a fridge on 10/6/19, to date 13/9/19. Its not working. Its just one excuse after another. They refused to pick it up from my house. I will go the extra mile to get a full refund of 199k plus damages. Customer service is zero. A great regret for buying your product! Never again!

have been trying to repair or replace a faulty spare par of an automatic washing machine , but was told that it was not available in Nigeria.
