I browsed on line for prices from Ibadan to Jos and saw #13,000 getting to Ibadan office they collected#15,000 and saying they were going to Jos.
Getting to Abuja by seven they stopped and said they were not moving again.
I was not satisfied as a customer.

I rate Abeokuta very low! The manager is so "puffed up",he needs to taught again the essentials of a good PR. You will lose customers IF he's not checked. A word is enough for the wise!! Good evening

I rate the Abuja terminal very poor in customer service, take off time and openess as I arrived their terminal 5:30am hoping to catch their 1st sprinter bus to Lagos for an onward journey to Lagos and after reconfirming clearly that it was a sprinter executive bus available and the bus would take off before 7am went ahead to book a ticket. Unfortunately they brought a noisy 'molue' bus with vibrations at about 8am for the trip to Lagos with no explanation why the sprinter bus which was earlier promised was not used when we had already wasted our time waiting and had missed other transport opportunities!!

Am very disappointed with this transportation company I boarded their bus from ajah terminal to akwa ibom,when we get to ijebu ode they waste our time and even so called manager was fighting with the passengers insulting the passenger before the trans load us to an old vehicle thats going to akwa ibom, at about 3pm, immediately we approach Benin bypass the bus broken and engine was damage due to shortages of oil, which the driver tried adding more oil for the engine to start but to not avail, could you believe we called them to send another vehicle to us from that 3pm to the following them next day, even we have contribute for the bus to be tolled From that high way to a safer place, no one show up,we have to start looking for other vehicle to move to our various destination, this is unfair despite the sum of amount you collect from passengers and left us stranded on the highway, this is inhuman
