Review Service connection

For the past one week I have been having issues with the speed of my service . The customer service is really crap and they require proper training . No one has been able to respond to my service or give a reason to the poor service . The customer service is so bad to the extent that I was advice to go see my tv installer for the bad service I am getting? Really ? I am streaming if it freezes it’s due to speed and not my TV donut . Where do they get this people from ?
