Review Product not received and being overdelayed

I was supposed to get a product sent to me from warri to Calabar, since on the 29th of April but uptil now I haven't received anything, the gig staff at Calabar branch told me my goods haven't arrived yet is still in Lagos,I don't know if it has to take a whole year before I will receive my order. Even if am to travel to Lagos by land I would I arrive there that same day, why then will goods and a delivery company take 10goods days to deliver people goods. I need my product today
