Review lost baggage and scam at the airport

The company handling royal air maroc check in has proven to be profoundly disastsruous. We were told the flight was overbooked when some passengers actually checked in online - which is impossible- then some passenger gave enveloppe of money and managed to get on the plane. After 3 hours waiting standing in the departure hall we were eventually taken to an hotel close to the airport. Then the following day we were taken to the airport at 2:30 AM 4 hours before departure in an airport which is entirely closed. I had to sleep on a cold floor. finally my luggage never arrived and 24 hours later is still not located. So I actually don't know if it has ever left lagos.
