Review Customer since virtually day 1, never thought about moving

My company was one of Netcoms first customers purely by accident when i was let down by another provider in June 2005. They connected us in 2 days from an initial inquiry on Friday morning for an office move on the weekend. Seamless move, from what was looking like a disaster nobody knew there had been a problem

There service has never wavered from that day, despite their own problems such as masts being blow over. over riding priority has been to provide a constant, consistent service. Cannot recommend more highly.
