Review Unnecessary charges

I have a package sent to me from UK on the 30/3/2021. And I'm inform to call the customer officer the next day, I call and he said my package arrived by 4am the next day and he said I should pay 28,200 for my delivery, and 48,000 for custom clearance into a certain account number which he said is the delivery manager account, which in total I paid 76,200 naira which he tell me that my delivery vehicle is on the way. But he later tell me that I need to pay additional 68,000 for insurance cover again or I shouldn't come to the airport to collect it by myself, and I'm to travel from jos to Lagos. I want you to help me out are this people truely working with FedEx or scammers.
