Question for OCEANIC REGISTRARS LTD

Please I bought Dangote Floor shares in the name of my daughter OJIAKA PEACE NKIRUKA since 2007,withe the address 10 Biney street Tejuosho Yaba. Received dividend ones via the addres after which it never came again. I could not even claim the dividend because it came already stale. Now I want the dividend to be paid into her account through e-dividend. Please how do I go about that. I have the certificate.
