Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Training

These training courses will provide expert instruction in endoscopy. The course emphasis is hands-on skills acquisition for gastrointestinal endoscopy. This is followed by an assessment of proficiency attained by candidates at the end of the course using dops (direct observation of procedural skills). Candidates will also observe live diagnostic & therapeutic endoscopy performed by International experts. There will be an opportunity to observe set–up and maintenance of the basic endoscopy stack system. Educational methods will involve lectures, DVD / hands-on practical sessions / interactive audience participation including question and answer session.
