This will then transmit data about speed, position through GPS and or GPRS network to a gateway server at a constant predetermined rate. During emergencies, as predefined, the CypherTrack device could intimate the data transmission to the server. Operators at the other end can also initiate calls to the Mobile Asset since the CypherTrack has the capability to conduct two way communications. These servers could store the data (MS SQL or Oracle DB Cluster) for further reporting and analysis.
The CypherTrack device would therefore get periodic updates from the gateway server when updated firmware/applications are available. The CypherTrack device also have on-board storage ability for a certain amount of data.It has the capability to store data for more than one year.
