About the product
HQCF is made with 100% cassava, produced by Eagleson & Nito Concepts (ENC) at Eagleson Cassava Factory, 516 Oyo-Iseyin Road Oyo State, Nigeria. HQCF is gluten free. It can used on its own or can be used as composite in Wheat flour to make cassava/wheat bread in recipes for pastries and confectioneries such as meat/chicken pies, noodles/spaghetti, biscuits, sausage rolls etc. It can also be used for batter for coating fish and chicken before deep frying.
