4.1 Statutory Audits
We carry out statutory audit of companies, government corporations and parastatals.
In some of the large audits that we are involved in, we have had to prepare both the Short Audit Report as well as the Long Form Report as may be required by our client.
We have also carried out statutory audits extensively in the banking Private Sectors.
4.2 Taxation Services
• We prepare tax computations for both companies and individuals, file and agree the computations with the Inland Revenue and obtain tax clearance certificate thereon for our clients.
• We also work with companies to obtain approval certificates for capital assets purchased.
4.3 Advisory Services
We render advisory services to new companies which are about to Commence business or those which have just commenced business in relation to the tax implication of their operation and assist them to register with the relevant tax authorities.

In addition to tax advisory service, we also carry out the service in this area which includes the following:
- incorporation of companies
- Completion and filing of annual returns.
- Maintaining statutory records/registers. Advising on general corporate secretarial affairs.
