The requirements are quite simple: the name, address, email, telephone number and nature of the business; and the name, residential address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, occupation, nationality and valid ID of directors, secretary and shareholders of the company. The directors of a company may be the shareholders and the secretary may be one of the directors.
